Beyond Bricks Integrated Solutions is seeking a driven and organized Administrative
Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or
someone currently serving in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) to gain
valuable experience in a fast-paced construction environment.

Job Description

• Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling
meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
• Assist with the organization and maintenance of both physical and digital filing
systems
• Handle emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner
• Support the procurement and inventory management of office supplies and
equipment
• Handle minutes of meetings and other documentation
• Contribute to the organization and execution of company events and teambuilding activities
• Provide research and data analysis support for various administrative and
operational tasks
• Demonstrate a commitment to upholding the company's safety protocols and
procedures

Qualifications:
• Recent graduate or currently serving in the National Youth Service Corps
(NYSC)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Keen attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Interest in the construction industry and a desire to learn about business
operations
