Job Summary
we seek a detail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant/Storekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will manage administrative tasks and oversee our inventory and storage operations.
Job Description
• Handle general office administration tasks
• Manage communication with suppliers and clients
• Assist in preparing reports and maintaining records
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars
• Oversee receiving, storing, and distributing inventory
• Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records
• Ensure proper storage conditions for food products
• Implement and maintain inventory tracking systems
• Assist in maintaining quality standards for stored products
• Monitor expiration dates and manage stock rotation
• Report any quality issues or discrepancies
• Coordinate with production and sales teams to ensure efficient stock flow
• Assist in organizing shipments and deliveries
• Maintain a clean and organized storage area
Qualification
• SSCE holder or OND in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Must reside around Ebute-Metta or Yaba
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills in English and local languages
• Knowledge of food safety and storage regulations is a plus
